I’m a new pet owner and I really do not know what is the right diet for my dog or cat.
Firstly do not worry, we are here to help you. We can explain all the different options available to you, which will set you on the right path to being able to make the right choice of consultation. A great place to start is with one of our Nutritional Guides, available in our shop.

Why is having a consultation of benefit to me and my pet?
A consultation can aid you in providing your pet a nutritionally appropriate diet and research has shown this can improve quality of life and many health concerns in both cats and dogs. We work closely with you to adjust your pet’s diet to assess the best diet options available. Our consultations always start with a comprehensive evaluation of your pet’s current health and medical history.

I’m not sure which kind of consultation my pet needs?
Simply email us with a brief overview and we will contact you back (typically within 72hrs – please check your spam/junk folder if you do not receive a reply).

What is raw feeding?
Raw food is a way of providing a diet for cats and dogs made up of raw meat, offal and raw bone, alongside other ingredients such as fruit, vegetables, oils, nuts and seeds. The most common types of raw feeding are homemade raw diets and commercially prepared raw diets.

Raw feeding is not for us – can you still help us to improve our pets diet? Absolutely, a raw pet food diet does not suit all pet owners or occasionally their pets themselves. During our consultation service we will provide you with all information you need to decide on which kind of diet will suit your pet, lifestyle and situation. With that in mind we will then adapt your bespoke plan as required.

How does COVID-19 effect consultations? All consultation will now be held via telephone or if you prefer using video call, during this unprecedented time.

How many consultations and follow ups will I need? You will only ever need one consultation per pet, because once we have your pet on our records you will always have access to our range of services (fees may apply). Follow ups & reviews – you may require additional follow up or review appointments, because of changes in your pets health/life stage or your circumstances, or you may need reassurance you are still on track.
